These Terms and Conditions ("Agreement") constitute a legally binding contract between you ("Player", "User", "you") and ramli88 ("ramli88", "we", "us", "our") governing your access to and use of the ramli88 website, mobile interface, games, and all related services (collectively, the "Platform"). By registering an account or using any part of the Platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to this Agreement in full.

1. Definitions

"Account" means the individual player account created upon successful registration with ramli88. "Balance" means the MYR-denominated funds held in your Account at any given time, including any eligible bonus credit. "Bonus Funds" means promotional credits granted to your Account subject to wagering requirements. "Wager" means a bet or stake placed on any game or event available on the Platform. "KYC" means Know Your Customer identity verification procedures required under applicable anti-money laundering obligations.

2. Eligibility

2.1 You must be at least twenty-one (21) years of age to register or use the ramli88 Platform. By registering, you represent and warrant that you are 21 or above.

2.2 ramli88 reserves the right to request documentary proof of age at any time. Acceptable documents include a valid Malaysian identity card (MyKad), passport, or other government-issued photo identification.

2.3 If age verification cannot be completed to ramli88's satisfaction, your Account will be suspended and any withdrawals will be held pending resolution. If an Account is found to belong to a person under 21, the Account will be permanently closed, all winnings forfeited, and any deposits returned to the depositing payment method where technically feasible.

2.4 You are solely responsible for ensuring that your use of the Platform complies with the laws applicable to you in your jurisdiction. Malaysian players are reminded that online gambling regulation in Malaysia is subject to applicable national and state laws. ramli88 does not provide legal advice, and players must satisfy themselves as to the legality of their participation.

2.5 Employees, directors, agents, and immediate family members of ramli88 and its affiliated entities are not eligible to hold player Accounts or participate in wagering on the Platform.

3. Account Registration

3.1 Each individual may hold only one (1) Account on the ramli88 Platform. The creation of duplicate Accounts is strictly prohibited. ramli88 will close all duplicate Accounts and may forfeit all balances and bonuses associated with those Accounts upon detection.

3.2 You agree to provide accurate, complete, and current registration information, including your legal name, date of birth, Malaysian mobile number or email address, and any other details requested during the registration process or subsequent KYC reviews.

3.3 You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your ramli88 login credentials. You must not share your username or password with any third party. ramli88 will treat any activity conducted through your Account as authorised by you unless you have reported a security breach in writing to our support team prior to such activity.

3.4 You must notify ramli88 immediately if you become aware of any unauthorised access to your Account or any security compromise affecting your credentials.

4. Deposits & Withdrawals

4.1 All Account balances are denominated in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). ramli88 accepts deposits via Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, FPX, Maybank, CIMB, Public Bank, and such other payment methods as are made available on the Platform from time to time.

4.2 Minimum deposit amounts are displayed at the point of transaction and are subject to change without prior notice.

4.3 Withdrawal requests are processed subject to the completion of KYC verification. ramli88 may request supporting documentation — including but not limited to proof of identity, proof of address, and source-of-funds declarations — before releasing any withdrawal. Failure to provide requested documentation within fourteen (14) days may result in suspension of the Account.

4.4 ramli88 will process withdrawal requests to the same payment method used for the most recent qualifying deposit, unless an exception is agreed in writing with the support team. This policy exists as a measure against payment fraud.

4.5 ramli88 does not charge withdrawal fees; however, your bank or payment provider may impose its own transaction fees. ramli88 bears no responsibility for third-party charges.

5. Bonuses & Promotions

5.1 ramli88 may offer welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, cashback, and other promotional offers from time to time. Each promotion is subject to its own specific terms, including but not limited to: minimum deposit requirements, eligible games, wagering multipliers, maximum bet limits during bonus play, and expiry dates.

5.2 Bonus Funds cannot be withdrawn until the applicable wagering requirement has been fully met. Any withdrawal request made before wagering requirements are satisfied will result in the forfeiture of all remaining Bonus Funds.

5.3 ramli88 reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any promotion at any time without prior notice. In the event of ambiguity in promotional terms, ramli88's interpretation shall be final.

5.4 Any attempt to exploit, abuse, or manipulate bonus structures — including but not limited to coordinated betting, arbitrage strategies, or the use of multiple Accounts to claim a single promotion — constitutes a breach of this Agreement. ramli88 will void all bonuses and winnings derived from such activity and may permanently close the Account(s) involved.

6. Betting Rules

6.1 All wagers placed on the Platform are subject to the specific game rules applicable to each product — sportsbook, live casino, slots, and any other games offered by ramli88. These rules are available within the respective game or product section of the Platform.

6.2 Once a wager is confirmed and accepted by the Platform, it cannot be cancelled or amended by the Player, except where explicitly permitted by the applicable game rules.

6.3 In the event of a technical failure during a game or betting session, ramli88 will make reasonable efforts to reconstruct the game state from server logs. Where reconstruction is not possible, the affected wager may be voided and the stake returned to the Player's Account.

6.4 ramli88 reserves the right to void any wager where there is reasonable evidence of error, manipulation, technical fault on the part of a game provider, or where odds or payouts were published erroneously.

7. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to engage in any of the following:

• Using automated tools, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence to gain an unfair advantage over other players or the Platform.
• Colluding with other players to manipulate game outcomes.
• Engaging in any form of money laundering, fraudulent transactions, or use of stolen payment instruments.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, hack, or interfere with the Platform's software, security, or data.
• Providing false information during registration or KYC verification.
• Opening an Account on behalf of a third party, or allowing a third party to operate your Account.

Violation of this clause may result in immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of all balances, and reporting to relevant authorities where legally required.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on the ramli88 Platform — including but not limited to trademarks, logos, game graphics, software, interface designs, and written materials — is the property of ramli88 or its licensed content providers. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only. Any other use, including reproduction, redistribution, or commercial exploitation of Platform content, is strictly prohibited.

9. Limitation of Liability

9.1 The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. ramli88 makes no warranty that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.

9.2 To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, ramli88 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform, including losses arising from gambling outcomes.

9.3 ramli88's total aggregate liability to any Player in connection with any single claim shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Player in the twelve (12) calendar months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

10. Responsible Gaming

10.1 ramli88 is committed to promoting responsible gaming. Players are encouraged to set deposit limits, session time limits, and wagering limits within their Account settings. These tools are available at all times and take effect immediately or within twenty-four (24) hours depending on the type of limit applied.

10.2 Self-exclusion is available on request. Players who wish to exclude themselves from the Platform for a defined period or permanently should contact the ramli88 support team. Self-exclusion requests will be processed within twenty-four (24) hours. During the exclusion period, ramli88 will take reasonable steps to prevent the excluded Player from opening a new Account.

10.3 ramli88 does not extend credit to players. All wagers must be funded from confirmed Account balances.

10.4 This platform is strictly for adults aged 21 and above. If you believe a minor may have access to your Account or device, please take immediate steps to secure your credentials and contact support.

11. Account Closure & Suspension

11.1 You may close your Account at any time by contacting the ramli88 support team. Upon closure, any verified Balance will be returned to you via your registered withdrawal method, net of any pending bonus obligations.

11.2 ramli88 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any Account at its discretion, including where there is reasonable suspicion of fraud, breach of this Agreement, money laundering, or underage gambling. In such cases, ramli88 will communicate the reason for suspension where legally permissible.

12. Governing Law

This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable international gaming licensing frameworks. Any dispute arising from this Agreement that cannot be resolved through ramli88's internal complaints process shall be submitted to binding arbitration under the rules of the applicable licensing authority. Nothing in this clause limits a Player's statutory rights under applicable consumer protection legislation.

13. Amendments

ramli88 reserves the right to amend this Agreement at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered Players via email or in-platform notification at least seven (7) days before the amended terms take effect. Your continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Agreement. If you do not agree to the amended terms, you should close your Account before the effective date.
